To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In certain situations, I may choose to waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. No-Call/No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me in advance, a 100% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. No-call/no-shows take away appointment availability from other clients and are difficult to fill last minute. I completely understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up. A new appointment may require the no-call/no-show fee to be paid before booking. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
